We are proud 81-87 Weston Street has scooped up yet another award last week at The Sunday Times British Homes Awards. “Thoughtful, well considered and generous” – that was how the judging panel summed up the mansion block development on a pocket site in Southwark. “Developer Solidspace’s approach is to arrange the social spaces of homes over half levels on either side of a double height space to create flexible living arrangements. For this project, two staggered blocks give every apartment a split section and a dual aspect. Externally, the scheme reflects its local context and internal spaces.”
