We are an architect-developer with a strong track record in developing small sites. We believe that small developments can make a real difference to helping to solve the housing crisis, providing new homes that we so desperately need.
Small sites are challenging to deliver. Design plays a huge role, as well as having a genuine understanding of the existing community. The volume housebuilders aren’t interested in smaller pockets of land, because they require greater investment, but we love them because they involve collaboration and design challenge.
The release of small publicly owned sites is key to helping independent developers deliver new homes. Political support for this land release is needed and we are pushing to make this happen.
