Giles is Solidspace commercial director who brings extensive experience in acquisitions, development management, lettings and building management. Giles studied architecture at University College London and the Southern Californian School of Architecture in United States. He has worked in the central London property market for 25 years successfully delivering numerous residential and commercial developments including 100 Union Street, a 20,000 sq ft ‘BREEAM Excellent’ office building in Southwark, and a series of meanwhile projects that engaged with the local community including Borough market traders, Bankside Open Spaces Trust and residents prior to the site’s redevelopment. He has been with Solidspace since its inception.
