Shepherdess Walk up for an RIBA Award

We are delighted that our joint venture project with Jaccaud Zein Architects, at Shepherdess Walk has been shortlisted for an RIBA Award this year. This project, completed November 2015, consists of five apartments and three terraced houses all employing our trademark split-level Solidspace DNA inside.

The project has been widely written about in the press including a review by Rowan Moore in the Observer and by Edwin Heathcote in the Financial Times. The project is a brilliant example of independent development – working in collaboration on a small inner-city plot to create high quality and well designed homes that are in keeping with and contribute to the surrounding area.

You can read more about the award and find the full shortlist here. The winners of the RIBA awards will be announced in May 2016 so watch this space!
