The RIBA awards have celebrated the best architecture in the UK and around the world for the past 50 years, so we’re delighted that the Houseboat designed with Mole Architects and Rebecca Granger Architects project managing, has won a South West RIBA Award this year.
The citation says “…An extraordinary design in a coastal setting… the layout is based on an ideal of split level living developed by the client in different ways on other projects in London… the organic form of the house, together with the staggered section and spectacular site has created a house of originality and delight… a one-off that sits well in the suburban coastal landscape setting… this is a distinguished work by a mature architectural team.” Click here to read the full article.
